O-rings are manufactured as standard in accordance with DIN ISO 3601, among other standards; metric and imperial dimensions. Minimum dimensions are available from 0.7 x 0.2 mm.

PTFE and FEP coated O-Rings

For better resistance to aggressive substances, elastomer O-rings are coated with a PTFE or FEP jacket.
We supply elastomer cores in silicone and FPM as standard.

Round Cord

Round cord is supplied by the meter or as a bonded or butt-vulcanized round cord ring.

X-Rings (Four-Lip Rings)

The advantage over O-rings is that they are less prone to twisting and reduce friction due to the possible formation of a lubricating film between the lips.

Flat seals made of elastomers and plastics are available in stamped, turned, or water jet-cut designs. However, molded parts may also be advantageous in some cases.

Wipers

Wipers (with/without steel insert or with steel housing) are used to prevent contamination in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Several material combinations are available.

PTFE Seal with Spring

PTFE Seals are equipped with preloaded spiral or U-springs (also encapsulated with silicone) for pressure support. For use in aggressive media or in the food and pharmaceutical industries, they are also available with stainless steel springs.

PTFE Piston Seals

Standard sizes are available in various designs for all common installation spaces. PTFE bronze, PTFE carbon, and PTFE graphite are the most commonly used materials in combination with NBR elastomers. Other materials are available on request.

Roof Flashing

A Roof Flashing set consists of a support ring, a pressure ring, and between one and five flashings. Materials include PTFE, NBR, and FPM (with fabric if necessary). The support ring and pressure ring are made of high-quality plastic (e.g., POM) or hard fabric/NBR.

Back Up and Spiral Back Up Rings

Support Rings in combination with O-Rings, Piston/Rod Seals are available up to 500 bar, depending on the material and seal combination. Spiral Rings are available for all common installation spaces. Materials: PTFE, TFM, POM, PEEK, others on request.

Guide Rings

Guide Rings made from various materials can be manufactured for a wide range of surface pressures.
Standard materials: TFM, POM, PA, and phenolic resin fabric.

PTFE Flat Sealing Tapes

The soft PTFE Flat Sealing Tape adapts well to surfaces. Advantages include: good chemical resistance, operating temperatures from -240°C to +260°C, physiological safety, and available with self-adhesive on one side. Available dimensions on request.

Seals according to DIN 3869

These Profile Sealing Rings are used as static seals in threaded elements. The special profile allows manufacturing tolerances to be compensated for even in high-pressure applications and ensures reliable sealing.

Balls are manufactured from molds and then deburred. Depending on your requirements and conditions of use, we supply balls made from almost all available sealing materials.

Milk Pipe Screw Rings in accordance with DIN 11851 are used in the food and pharmaceutical industries, among others. Depending on the material, they are resistant to a wide range of media, such as fats, mineral oils, ozone, and many types of acids and alkalis.
